The ground is frozen, chilly temperatures and a little breeze in the air. The temptation to stay inside, have another cup of tea and catch up on Netflix is far to big.
Pop on a hat, save your fingers with some gloves, add a layer and 10 minutes in to your run you’ll be pleased you stuck to your fitness plan and are getting closer to your goals. Make sure you have a good warm up slowly getting the body moving and you’ll be thanking yourself that you got out. Feeling the fresh air on your face (definitely having a rosy glow when you get in) and exploring the country side with views like these, why would you want to stay in?
