Where can we train?
I travel to clients homes around Winchester & Southampton so they don’t need to spend time traveling too. This way it’s much easier and convenient to fit training into busy lives. I have a variety of equipment I can bring with me to keep sessions varied, progressing and fun.
Small group training is a great opportunity to stay fit and active with the company and commitment of your friends. With a maximum of 3 in a group you still get personal workouts to target each individuals goals whilst reducing the cost for all.
