I aim to provide clients with personal training sessions targeted towards their goals and in an environment they enjoy.
Whether it’s to stay fit and healthy for years to come, to complete in an up and coming event, build on and develop their current fitness levels or recover from injury. I’ll work with you to develop a well suited plan.
Where do I train from?
The Performance Barn is a private gym in Ovington, 10 minutes outside of Winchester. A fantastic space with treadmill, WATT bike, squat rack, TRX, free weights and many other great pieces of equipment all available for you to use for your training sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The rest of the week I travel to clients homes, work or use the great outdoors around Winchester and Southampton and take equipment with me.
Online training is brilliant to connect the miles between us if you don’t live in the Winchester or Southampton area, we can still train together.
Small group training is a great way to stay fit and active with the company and commitment of others. With a maximum of 3 in a group you still get personal workouts to target each individuals goals whilst reducing the cost for all.
Being a Sports Conditioning Instructor also allows me to work with sports athletes to help improve there fitness and movement to enhance the performance of their given sport. This can be anything from a distance runner to netball player. Sports have huge demands on the body and by preparing the body to work at its best prior to competition will allow for a greater chance of success.
