Exercise is only a small % of feeling well and healthy. The biggest change we can make is our nutrition to help us towards our goals. For me it’s all about eating as fresher foods as possible. Weather its meat, dairy, fruit or vegetables this way you’ll know your meal is full of nutrients and not chemicals. Easy ways to start to have fresher meals is to make your own sauces and salad dressings. Now I know this takes more time, however you can make a batch of both and easily freeze the sauce and store the dressing in the fridge for future uses. Also buying salad straight from the greengrocers or shelves rather than packet brought is another good way of avoid chemicals and keep things fresh.
