Here’s a few exercises you can do to warm up before you start your round or practice.
A frame stretch
With a wide stance, place one hand on the inside of one knee and your elbow on the other. With the other arm straight, rotate your hand up towards the sky as far as you can, following with your eyes. A great stretch for your thoracic spine, shoulder and chest.

Lunge and rotation
To open up your hips and get the spine rotating, hold your club out in front of you with straight arms. Step forward with one foot whilst dropping the back knee down to the floor. Holding this position, rotate your club around over your front knee as far as you can. Return back to the start, then step, drop and rotate on the other side.

Arm circles with club
Starting to mobilise your shoulders and open up though the chest, hold your club at either end, straight out in front of you. Drop your right hand down to your hip, whilst the left goes over head to eventually bring the club behind you. From here drop the left hand to the hip and right goes over head ending up in the starting position. Repeat in the opposite direction.
