So many players spend hours practicing on the driving range, putting green and getting regular lessons. Yet what is actually holding them back from their goals is their body in it’s strength, stability and the way it moves.
This is where the TPI screening comes in. With clients I go through 16 different moves where I’m assessing the quality and quantity of movement throughout the body. These results can be then compared to a video analysis of your swing along with information from your technical coach in what you are currently working on and will help to identify the body swing connection.
From here I provide a workout programme consisting of exercises, stretches, movements specific for you and your golf game.
Any golfing age or ability can benefit from working on their golf fitness and enjoy playing for many years to come, adding 10 yards onto their drive or walking a pain free round.
