Whether it’s to keep playing for another 5 years or looking to add 10 yards on your drive, the biggest factor is the body swing connection. Analysing through a physical screening of 16 different tests we can evaluate how your body moves.
Tests will measure the quality and quantity of movement and these results can be compared to video analysis of your swing helping to identify the body swing connection. These screening results may also show some causes to any injuries or pain you experience from your rounds.
Gaining this information provides the stepping stone to an exercises/drill programme which will improve your consistency on the golf course and reduce injury risks. All together it adds up to being able to play for longer, more relaxed and create a consistent performance.
